For those who are interested in the training only portion of Tai Chi Walking, this option is for you! Tai Chi Walking is a simple, beautiful and meditative modality that helps develop better posture, balance, and mindfulness with each step. It is perfect for seniors, those recovering from injury, or anyone who has concerns about stability while walking. It is also a wonderful way to cultivate calm and presence in everyday life.
This course includes two (2) Zoom training sessions approximately 90 min in length and companion notes. This is the non-certification option, so you will not be required to schedule private training sessions or to test. Should you decide at a later date to complete the full Tai Chi Walking certification to teach others, that can be arranged with Allison anytime (additional fee will apply).
